You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Certain items such as personal care products, custom-made goods, or final sale items may not qualify for return.

Please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting our support team before sending any items back. This helps us streamline your return and ensure your request is handled promptly.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may be adjusted for any shipping costs, restocking charges, or other applicable deductions.

For exchanges, we’re happy to assist you with swapping your product for another variation. Any differences in price or shipping fees will be discussed beforehand.

To complete your return, pack the item securely with all accessories and paperwork included. Clearly display the RA number on the parcel and use a trackable shipping option to ensure safe delivery.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping. Otherwise, these costs are the customer’s responsibility.
